Now do you remember this????? Yeeeaaap! lol... its the boys wondering why we are not up and ready. Well it not quite 6am yet, but Ok, quick teeth wash, dressed, hair up and off we go and over the road to the beach for the boys morning swim, and daily run.
The weather is lovely, its still early and now around 6.30am, the air is warm, the sea if freezin and only the brave will get in. But nope... there are already half a dozen surfers out at sea and a couple of fisherman putting their pots out and stuff. Its our first morning on the beach with the boys on our own. So fingers crossed.... But we need't of worried, they were brill. They love a bickie treat so they like it when John whistles and they run back to him as they get a reward. Did they come back at the end of the walk?, oh yes, fair to say Lennox comes good, and Costas, well..... He comes when he is ready lol.
Walk over, so we go back to the house, feed the boys.. we have brekkie, John cooks egg, bacon and mushrooms for us, he does it so well.... yum yum yum.!
We potter about the house and I make some cards for the kids and John tidies up the pod and does a few running repairs.
We go on Skype as Billee-Jean is due home from New York. SUCCESS! we get her, but signal is not great. We can see her but she can't see us ( no worries there lol)... She looks fab, all tucked up in bed and very tired but really pleased with her NY trip. ''They bloody lost us, Mum'' she says, ''they left us at the Empire State building, but I wuz quick thinking, got on the net for the nearest Hooters restaurant (thats where they were heading) and we come out of the Empire State building and jump in a taxi off to Hooters'' 'What I ask??? they lost you???? OMG"
''Oh its ok mum, they weren't far, but funnily none of the teachers stories matched up, so Yes they lost us !!!!! and had not even realised it. But we sorted out.!!!'' Thats my daughter...... We leave Billee-Jean to sleep off her travels.
Love our kids sooooo much. We miss the hugs and the kisses and the laughs and tantrums and the drama's... but hey ho , they have their lives to live... and we have our adventure! xxx
Next on Skype is Row, she has not been well, so commiserations Row, get better soon. Overall its been a busy time in the Uk with new babies arriving, babies due, people moving, people decorating etc etc .... and here we are sunning our buns!!!!!
Early evening we get an email from Suzanne in a panic, she does not have our number and wants to cheek the boys are ok. So I call her, funnily we did not even know what site or where they were going, still never mind. All is VERY well so no worries mate xx lol..
We settle in the for night as the Roo's arrive on the front lawn AGAIN!!!, the Cranes (skinny tall white birds ( no not me lol!!!!) are also outside.
John cooks again, Pizza and chips tonite. Everything is so sweet out here. Even savoury food seems to have a sweet edge to it. But we chomp down the pizza and settle down on the top flight deck (upper living room to you guys!) to watch Dr Who for the night, fabbie.
It must be the sea air, but its not hard to feel tired out here quite early in the evening and I am usually ready for bed about 8.30pm. John is more of a stayer, but he gives in and around half ten, we go off to bed, ready with alarms set for the boys 6am swim in the morning. Nite all

The house, beautiful. Not showing anymore as it would be rude, but it is as it looks..... a very lovely family home, with equally lovely owners.
