Our Travel Adventures: 14th,15th-16th March 2012- Border Village- Mission nearly complete

Ok, update, John takes the wheel off. we got hold of a chap in Ceduna called manual, who will help us with the tyre. ( He will order a new one from Aidelaide and get it in, but we will need to get the tyre off and down to him. he is 500km away !!!),

We found a lovely truck driver 'Rod' who agreed to take the tyre to Manual( the repair man in Ceduna). Manual will pick it from Mozzies the Ceduna Roadhouse, order a replacement from Aidelade and then take the new tyre back to Mozzies and get another truck driver to bring it back to us at Border village, where John will put it on. Yeah!!!! a plan and its gonna work with NO help from Adam..... John asked to borrow one spanner from him, 'I don't lend spanners, I sale them''. So John bought the spanner we did not have $15. Hey ho. Revenge will be very sweet !!!!

We have two nice neighbours who both work for a telephone/ cable company called Telstra, so we call them the 'Telstra twins' lol. They treat us to wine and strawberry angel delight Ahhhhhhhh.....Everything now in hand, all we need to do is wait for the wheel to come back, which we do. We actually sit out the front of the road house waiting for 'cowboy' the other truck driver to bring the tyre back to us on the Friday night. I think some of the staff think we are mad (mad dogs and english men, sit out in the midday sun etc etc..). Adam has the ump cuz he has no control, he tried to tell us the $3000 deal was good!!!!!! UP his airy arm pit !!! I will say no more ... . It (The tyre arrives at arrives about 9.30pm on the 16th). Success, 'Cowboy gets off his lorry, we don't see him, but then find out he is in, so get the tyre and, and.......... John is smiling from ear to ear and we go to off to bed, happy and relaxed.

Tomorrow we will get up early ... John will put the tyre on tyre on and we will leave this roadhouse.....(we are soon to learn its one of the better ones!!!!!!).
