4th Nov, Crap and Craft,Yeppoon

  OK, we're up, getting moving is another matter. Halfway through me crunchy nut, Lin suddenly remembers theres a market on today and wants to go, (Oh joy of joys). Great, the rest of me crunchy nut gets shoved in and me coffee disappears down the sink, looks like we're going...... We ain't even had showers cos the markets out here don't open all day and if we leave it too long, we'll miss out on the stuff we don't need, want, or can use. I cant figure the markets out, out here, they all seem to be a bit do it yourself, with manky home grown veg, crystals, plants, (home grown) D.I.Y. candles and stuff like that. Oh well, Lin seems to enjoy em and we've taken the dog just to get her out of the house, (the dog that is).

The market lives  up to all expectation and the highlight turned out to be when the fluff ball had a dump right in the middle of the market, strange how you can really become affectionate toward an animal, ain't it?. Fifteen minutes and the markets done and that includes looking for a bin to drop the turd in.

Its Sunday and I promised Lin I'd cook the first Sunday lunch in the new sit. We've bought a really nice piece of lamb and the owners have left us lots of veg, so its gonna be a good 'en. Now I think I made the mistake when I asked Lin to pass me up the veg she wanted. We ended up with Lamb, yorkshire puds and seven (yep, seven ) veg, and I thought she was gonna cry when I said I wasn't gonna do the cabbage and colli, she just had to make do with roasties, pumpkin, green beans, brussels, sweet potatoes, carrots and leeks. Got to admit, it was the nuts, the lamb was melt in the mouth, yorkshire's, done to a turn and the veg all crisp and fresh. Needless to say, we did bugger all after eating that lot ....

other than that, its been a lazy day for me anyway!!! and I can't move cuz I have eaten too much sunday roast... cud of done with a few more roast pots though lol (dont tell him I said that!!!)....and I though the market was good, could't buy anything though cuz I was being watched !!!! ....
